HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
You are automatically enrolled to Earn Referral Rewards if you have Created an Account with us previously. If you have not, Create an Account and you will be automatically enrolled. Simple as that!

WHAT IF I HAD PREVIOUS CARACOL REWARDS IN MY ACCOUNT BEFORE CARACOL REFERRAL REWARDS?
No worries. Your Caracol Rewards balance is still there and Store Credit will still be earned on your purchases. And Referral Rewards will automatically be added to your Store Credit account as soon as your Referred Friend completes their first qualifying purchase.

HOW CAN I EARN REFERRAL REWARDS?
You can earn $25 in Store Credit for the first purchase made by Referring your friends. Know somebody who may enjoy Caracol? Send them a link. They earn a 15% discount on their first order and you earn $25 in Store Credit! Got a lot of friends? Send each one a link and you will be racking up the Referral Rewards on their first purchases. Simply click on the 'How To Earn Caracol Rewards' tab to view the details.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY REFERRAL REWARDS?
Your Referral Rewards will automatically show as Store Credit at the top of your screen once you Sign In and will update automatically as soon as your Referred friend completes their qualifying purchase and they can be used on your next order. Or you may choose to save them up. You may need to refresh your screen to see most current totals.

HOW DO I CHECK MY REWARDS BALANCE?
Your up-to-date REWARDS balance is always displayed in the top of this popup after you Sign In.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BEGIN EARNING REFERRAL REWARDS?
Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn REWARDS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR REFERRAL REWARDS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
You should receive Referral Rewards in your account instantly once your Referred Friend completes their first transaction! You may need to refresh your browser to be up to date.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REWARDS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
When you return an item, you lose the Store Credit you originally earned by buying that item. Your account will be updated to restore any Store Credit that was used on the returned purchase. It's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
